Ingredients for 4 Burgers:
For the Patty
- 1 cup grated raw banana (boiled & mashed)
- ½ cup boiled raw papaya or bottle gourd (lauki)
- ¼ cup grated cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped capsicum
- ¼ cup boiled green peas
- 2 tbsp roasted besan
- 1 tsp Jain Bliss Peri Peri Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for pan-frying
For Assembly
- 4 eggless burger buns
- Lettuce or spinach leaves
- Sliced cucumber & tomato
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Jain-style mayo or hung curd

Instructions:
- Make Patties: Mix all patty ingredients, form into round patties. Chill for 15–20 mins.
